It took us 2 extra years to finally make it to the start of the Overland Track and David was there with advice and updates on everything from border closures to weather conditions and itinerary along the way. David and Marie are a lovely couple who know so much and were generous, warm and so flexible with our many false starts. As keen hikers, their enthusiasm and knowledge of the area were second to none. We will definitely be back, David and Marie. Thanks for making our long-awaited trip so memorable

I was beyond expressed with the service we received from eGuide. David's communication was clear and he was quick to answer any questions. The transport was on time and very comfortable, and the B&B in Sheffield was lovely, including a great little breakfast that was provided in the morning. Andrew picked us up at the end of our hike and he has to be one of the friendliest people I have met! All up, I would highly recommend eGuide for any Overland Track logistics. They made the experience stressless and I would not hesitate to use them again. Value for money was excellent too!

The entire team at eGuide were wonderful to deal with over the phone and in person! They had plenty of great tips for travelling and hiking Tasmania and were very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

We recently used eGuide for our transfers to Cradle Mountain and to pickup our car at the finish of our Overland Track walk. The service they provided was great , when our plans changed David was able to juggle things so our transfers worked seamlessly. Our shuttle was brand new our driver was lovely . Our car was waiting for us at Lake St Claire at the end of our walk and our spare key was waiting for us at home when we returned from our trip . I would have no hesitation in recommending eGuide :)

David and Marie from eGuide were very flexible and helpful transfer hosts. We changed our plans at the last minute, which they accommodated willingly and promptly, and also allowed us to stop en route to pick up provisions. They were able to store additional luggage for us as well. All the information provided was detailed and accurate, and they were exactly on time for both pick-ups. They were both very friendly, and were informative about local places and conditions. It was a pleasure to engage them to meet our needs. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

From the moment we were picked up at the airport by Michelle until we were dropped back in Launceston by David I could not fault this service one bit. Both David and Michelle are very knowledgeable in the area and can tell you the names of mountains and areas to visit and eat. They are very friendly and helpful and easy to get along with and David does his utmost to make sure your trip goes as expected. We even were able to buy gas from them. Thanks to them we had a hassle free transfer from Launceston airport to Cradle Mountain, walked the Overland track and got picked up at Lake St Clair and transferred back to Launceston....its a wonderful service, thank you both very much.

David and Marie run a great little operation. It's almost too good value, I felt like I was ripping them off. We had a trip planned to do the Walls of Jerusalem circuit in mid November. The weather didn't play nicely so we stayed at Wild Dog the whole time, but had an amazing experience.Marie picked our group of three up from Launceston Airport and we had a quick, pleasant transfer to Sheffield. Marie is very knowledgeable and readily offers up tips for the adventure to come.The following morning there were low temps and quite a bit of rain about, so Marie made the wise decision to pick us up in a 4x4 instead of the usual people mover, for our trasnfer to the Walls of Jerusalem trailhead.The friendliness, hospitality, and flexibility of this operator is exceptional. Give them a go.

David and his team from e-guide provided a great service when we walked the overland track. David was very responsive and able to accommodate a change in booking time, Marie our driver was lovely - provided us with lots of helpful information. The bus was super comfortable. Highly recommend and will definitely use for our next hiking adventure!

David was most accommodating with changes to our flight' which caused several changes to our itinerary.Marie picked us up from Launceston and she shared such great tips about the OT as she drove us to Sheffield for the night. David picked us up early ti take us to Cradle Mountain and could be at the first safety briefing. Due to the forecast of a hot day we beat the afternoon heat for the first leg of the journey.David and Marie also arranged to have our overnight bags delivered to the Derwent Bridge Hotel for our first night out off the OT, bliss!! They also arranged our transport to Hobart the next day.A big thank you to both for making our Overland journey, stress-free, it was nice to be able to rely on such genuine knowledgeable people and would highly recommend them.
