Worst service ever!Rude person. Extremely unpolite!Stopped all the time to approach other customers while doing my nails. Refuse to help me to find the color I wanted because I had to find myself. Talk to each other in their language about me when I said that I didn't like and I asked do to it again. Left my fingers all dirty with nail polish.They don't care about customers or professionalism, they want to make everything fast to be free and keep talking to each other.

Unpleasant experience. First of all they have misleading and false advertising of pricing outside their shop of $28 for infill. I went in asking for an infill and then they did not even ask me if I wanted SNS, gel or normal colour they just did whatever they wanted and gave me gel. Then I asked for two fingers to have an art design (french tip) the lady who did my nails was extremely rude she kept sighing and had absolutely no patience over all the costumer experience is awful. I go to pay and they Charged me $55 for an infill and the gel (which I was never asked what I wanted) and I told her that she is over charging me and she said it because of the nail art a nail art that is a line. Over charged and rude to costumers.

Worst experience ever!Charged me for SNS manicure but NO MANICURE! when I asked about the wash/moisturiser/cuticle etcShe said they don’t do it as a part of manicure! What a joke, all she did was paint my nails and cut three of my fingers. Never going back

First place to actually take care of me.I was attended to in minutes, seated and assisted within 3 minutes.I have not had my nails done in a long time so you can imagine how bad it could've been.I had a serious ingrown and the first thing they didn't hesitate to attack it.They made sure I was good okay as it was alot of pain, but necessary.The best service I have ever had & my nails are now on the mend to heal and no pain anymore.Cannot stress how much h I would recommend this place.I had a massage for both mani and Pedi, scrub, hot rocks and hot towel.Extremely impressed with the kindness and service provided.Cleanliness was great.Highly recommend coming here.Thank you again staff for your kindness and honesty.

The worst service! l went to have acrylic nails. l asked the girl to use a file to take off the oil and shine before Acrylic is added, not drill to buff my sensitive nail beds.Having owned a salon and been a nail Artist l knew this was all that was needed. The girl started to get agitated and argue in her language to other staff. She then got up and walked off saying l cant do" The tips were already applied otherwise l would of walked out. Another girl stated saying we have to drill or wont stick!! What a load of baloney.!!! No training!! You only need to lighty file to make rough

Did my first ever pedicure and may not go again unless I get serviced by another staff. The lady who did my nails was so rude and was literally shouting at me. And at last the way she removed my foam toe was like please don’t come back again. But there was other ladies who were very polite to their customers, wish I might have got any of them. I won’t go there again, but if no choice I won’t let that girl touch my nails ever again.Otherwise it was good, cleanliness and there was no wait time too.Still the way you treat your customers is what get you business. Thanks again for servicing.

I have been coming here every 4 weeks for the past year and I have never had any issues. The trick is for me to go on a Saturday morning and wait for the store to open and you get served immediately. Yes, I have had to wait before but they always do a good job.

I just got mine done this morning for the 2nd time at this place and the lady was amazing. She’d ask me consistently if my nails were ok and would pause now and then to show me and ask what I’d like. I paid $80 to remove my previous acrylics and get these new acrylics, (it was $10 extra to get the white tips painted on, worth it!). I’m not sure bout the bad reviews but little tip, go when they open cause that’s when they least busy and you don’t need an appointment. I walked straight in 5min after it opened and they wasted no time doing my nails. I’m very happy for my 2nd visit here with my nails. Will continue to go here for sure!

On Wednesday the 10th of August 2022 my girlfriends and I headed over to this particular shop around 4:20PM, we respectfully asked the worker how long the wait would be and if she would be able to do our nails 3 pedicures and 2 infills she kindly replied 15 minute wait and she will be able to do it before the shop closes at 5:30PM". 2 of the workrers walked over to start their pedicure half way through I reminded her I needed to be done and she began to get rude and defensive and said "NO because they close soon". I kindly stated to her that she had told me yes and if i knew she wasnt able to do it I wouldnt have waited".... she then said " okay" and turned around to the other worker and began to speak in their language. My Cousin then came into the shop and sat down with his food and began to eat

I went to do my nails today but from the starting they were being rude and impolite to me and my friend. They would not even help us find the color even if we show them the picture, rather ask us to find the color. They were applying nail paint very badly and if we say something they would say we didn’t do as they told us to do. It was clear that they were being racist towards us as we are not Aussies. They even charged us whatever amount they want, as at the beginning they said $55 for acrylic and $30 for design but while we were paying they charged $40 for design. It was written $35 for infill but charged $60 at the end. We are never going there from now on. We suggest others to not go there as well because they only care about money but not customer satisfaction. They are very impatient and unprofessional. Always talking in there native language which feels as if they were bad mouthing about us. They even manhandled my hand while applying the nail paint.
