Aaron was engaged by the tiler that was renovating our bathroom. He did the rough in and then it was agreed that I would get him back for the fit off and would pay him directly. When ready, I requested his availability to fit off. He took 3 weeks to respond, during which time I engaged another plumber. During the shower screen install it became apparent that the shower rose and mixer tap were installed 25mm left of centre. Too late to move as waterproofing, tiling and shower screen install already done. Aaron's response to my text was to keep emailing me an invoice until we finally spoke and settled on a reduced cost. Would not recommend anyone use Plumbazz.
