Nova Pharmacy will price match prescription products however consumers should beware that non prescription products are not. Today I purchased Voltaren rapid 25 (30 tablets) for $16.99 vs $9.99 at a competitor chemist. That's 70% more at Nova Pharmacy. Nova you have just lost my business for life.

These people genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond in every way. The Pharmacists/staff are knowledgeable with the right advice, always ready to listen and give the right advice. I don't go anywhere else for my scripts and medical supplies and would give 6 stars if I could.

Lovely and caring staff who always treat me well, even if I’m feeling low.I have been going there for years and have never had a negative experience.Alhern, the pharmacist, is very caring and will explain new medication if needed and is always willing to answer any questions.

Do not go to this pharmacy.I went in to get some documents certified, and I was more than happy to come back in an hour when they said they could do it. Then they said well we can’t say if it will be in an hour we have other people who are more important waiting for prescriptions. We only have 1 pharmacist, when I was in there was only 1 person waiting.Go to Direct chemist outlet at Belvedere shops. The staff there actually care.

Requested them if I could get a stat declaration, the girl in prescription said we are busy . There was no single customer in shop . Good thing is I got it free at PRICELINE PHARMACY while these people charged me $25 for a signature in the past !!!I was going to this place all my pharmacy needs . From now no more ... I would not recommend these people .
