Had such a bad experience here with my engagement ring which their jeweller ended up losing after weeks of resizing issues. Yes they replaced it of course when it came back in yellow gold rather than white.. But the fact we had so many issues in the first place has put me off. Their sales service while in the beginning was polite, was ineffective. And some staff were completely rude. I know this is just one experience. And other are likely not to suffer the same fate. But I feel I could not leave any positive comments about this business in greenhills

This store went from the verge of having Fair Trade complaint made against them to a 4 star review.Thank you for deciding on a positive outcome for the faulty ring we, where we were able to exchange a ring thst was coming BACK from repair already damaged.

Bought a very expensive white gold and diamond ring for my wife. Had a 3 year radion plating plan with it. My wife took it to Greenhills to have the ring plated only to be told that the plan had expired 3 days before and would not plate it but wanted $100 to do it. As i said it was not a cheap ring and i would expect 3 dys out would be covered its not like it was 3 weeks out. Last thing we purchase from Michael Hill NOT HAPPY

Very awkward and uncomfortable experience when trying to look at Black Friday sale items at greenhills store yesterday…the store was empty of customers at the time but was full with about 5 -6 staff members…I was trying to locate a ring that a friend saw in the store but gave up looking very quickly … one of the attendants kept awkwardly firing questions at me as soon as I walked into the store (not relating to jewellery or the sale ) … the approach was friendly and polite but way OTT .. this approach made me feel really uncomfortable as I felt my every move was being observed .. all I wanted to do was have a quick browse to locate a ring which I might have considered purchasing …other staff were that deep in conversation around the end of one cabinet they didn’t even bother to move to allow a customer to see Inside the cabinet … even thought I was stretching my head to see jewellery below them they never noticed or moved …there was also barricades at all entrances so you had to navigate these to get in and out of the store… I couldn’t get out of this store quick enough

Today we were served by the wonderful Meg and her team, who went absolutely above and beyond to help us out with our concerns today. Meg was incredibly thorough and promptly and kindly solved all the problems we were having so that we could get back to enjoying life with our beautifully made watch and jewellery. We can't thank you enough for your service today Meg!

Exceptional service from Kira at MH Greenhills. She has assisted my partner and I a number of times now and we can never fault her customer service! 100% recommend this store for quality jewellery and A+ service.

I always wanted a nice good gold watch I went around a few of the jeweller looking for a gold watch I come across Michael Hills Jewellers I was talking to the staff and are really friendly and helpful I ended up picking out a gold watch as I'll show you in a photo I was pleased with my service and I hope they treat you just as well as they treated me tell them Michael sent you up and see if you can get a discount from mwh
