James really cares about his client , awesome barber who really wants to give everyone a great quality cut. Great conversation to boot and a chill atmosphere. Awesome!

Requested basic haircut with skin fade. Rushed job , with terrible result. Uneven hairlength over top, no fade , borders not cut. 40 dollars paid and had to get a second haircut elsewhere to fix. Would not recommend.

I went to this barber shop because of all the great reviews but after i left i questioned wether they were even real reviews or not. The staff were reasonably friendly and welcoming but the haircut was probably the worst I've ever had.When i sat in the chair i asked for a burst fade but the barber didnt know what this was so i just asked for skin fade but leave some length on the back and just a tiny bit off the top to tidy it up.What i initially got was a number 5 all the way to the top of the sides and about 7cm cut off the top, leaving me with about 2cm of hair left - lots more than i wanted off the top but i can get over it.After i had been in the chair for about 6 minutes, the barber was finished and i had basically the same length hair on the sides as the top, i asked again for the sides to be faded, as in, shorter on the bottom gradually getting longer as it goes up.... a fade.See the picture attached for the final result...Sorry for the bad review, i really dont like leaving them. This place is probably fine if you just want a trim and dont have a specific style, but if you do, maybe go elsewhere.

Firstly, great haircut! A very personal touch. As a backpacker, it's worrying what you can get, but they were great and very communicative to get what I want!Secondly, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Unbelievably friendly!Highly recommend!
