The Receptionists and Doctor's are amazing. I have been a patient for over 5 years and I am always treated with the utmost respect and care. Thank you Goodna Family Medical Centre.

It’s been truly disappointing to witness the demise of this center over many years. What was once a well managed, community minded center with a choice of well respected Doctors, is now an absolute joke!Ridiculous wait times, phones consistently unattended and no availability.The class of Doctors has diminished - a special mention to Dr Ramana Chanadi, an arrogant, self-important, patronizing and proven incompetent man. You didn’t advocate for me, you were misinformed, underprepared and dismissive. A truly pathetic attempt at doing your job.Don’t waste your time if you have any genuine medical concerns - only good for medical certificates and script renewal.

Doctors need to manage appointments correctly and not take in patients who’s appointment isn’t scheduled or just registered with the clinic same day. Over this clinics doctors. Only doctor who’s on time is Dr Peter Nicholas.

Called on Sunday as I was very sick. Got a recorded message saying open 9-4 Saturday and Sunday. Arrived about 2:00 - Closed, no explanation either on the phone or at the clinic. The three stars are for the doctors who are very good.

Great experience of my 1st visit to a medical centre in Brisbane.The staff were very helpfull and welcoming from every department.

A one stop centre for all your medical needs ,friendly staff and helpful caring, compassionate doctors and allied health with both male and female doctors to cater for your every medical needs,special shoutout to Hailey and Alishia for always going above and beyond to help.

Great place, doctors are professional, listen, always try there best. Reception friendly and always try and accommodate where possible. Clean location and would recommend

My GP was on leave when I visited today, but it was good to see that the positive experiences I have with him are no different to what I experienced when seeing another doctor. The more I go to this Centre, the more confident I am that I made the right choice to move here.

Appointments are usually late. It used to be better when I first started going there. However, recently appointments are delayed almost all the time. There is a reason people make appointments to be places on time, it is not helpful if they are delayed, especially by 30-45 minutes.… further update to my post. As my appointment at 1:50 was delayed 30 minutes, I asked to reschedule it for a telephone appointment, the booked a 2:30 telephone appointment for me. It is almost 4:00 now but I haven’t received any call from the doctor. I called the Centre, despite not showing any sympathy they said the doctor will try to finish her phone appointments before 4:30.It is like they want to do things at their convenience, which is very disrespectful to other people’s needs and priorities. I am not hoping to return to this centre and recommend others do the same.

Have just rung to make an appointment for Good Friday as they are the only ones available. Recorded message says ring back in opening hours which is 9am to 4pm. Hello it us 3.30 so in opening hours. Go to google and your hours say 10am to 2pm.Glad I'm not seriously ill.
