Recently bought an outlet valve from Toilet Spares and had some difficulty with installing it. I sent Richard an e-mail after hours & expected a wait of a few days, to my surprise a response came 5 minutes later! After to and froing for an hour or so Richard fixed my stupidity and the toilet now works. I cannot thank Richard enough for the fantastic Customer service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Toilet Spares to anyone wanting parts and excellent after sales.

Absolutely brilliant service all round! Richard was fantastic. Answered all of my emails AND phone calls and even asked me to call him back while I was installing the flush valve and button if I was having any problems. Our toilets have never flushed properly since our house was built 10 years ago, quick google and I found Richard's guide on how to replace with better quality components. Parts arrived fast and were easy to fit by following his video guide and toilet now flushes without any issues.

I initially came across your Toiletspares website through YouTube as I had a problem with my Imperial toilet flushing system.I was told by a plumber that it would cost $500 to fix and that it was a common problem.So, when I heard it was common, I thought I’d look on YouTube to see if there was a video explaining how to fix it and I was so lucky to come across your video as it was my exact toilet you were demonstrating on.Your video was so clear and easy to understand with the step by step guide and video demonstration.And, knowing I could buy the parts directly from you helped so much.We ordered the Imperial flush kit via express post on Monday afternoon and got it Tuesday morning. Brilliant company, I have bought 2 replacement flush valve from this company as a replacements that are no longer available for my imperial cistern. On my second order I asked for the wrong part. when I contacted the company they immediately said that they would send me out the correct one at no cost to me even though it was my fault. Excellent customer service and excellent products.
