Cassie was super helpful to mum & I when we visited MAC 2 Thursday's ago. She went to great lengths to find mum an eyeliner and the perfect blue eyeshadow for me.

Had an amazing experience this week at MAC! I’ve gone to other stores and not had the same service but Cassie went above and beyond spending time with me, recommending products based on my needs and explaining everything in great detail. I was so grateful and she really made my day! So happy with my purchases and highly recommend this store and their wonderful staff for make up needs. 11/10 experience!!

Had my makeup done today by Jackie. It was a wonderful experience and Jackie couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. I’m feeling so great going to a wedding today. Special shout out to Cassie too who is just lovely. Thanks team. Catherine x

Dimitry, Who served me very friendly and professional way yesterday. He explained to me very well the product I was looking for ,Manager of the store was very helpful as well. Definitely going back again.

Received the product used already, then I tried to contact the agent her name Jacinta, she said that the product is new and we will never sell a used product. So disappointed

I went into the store on 30/5/23 and i was served by two lovely girls, one was cassie and i didn’t catch the other ones name but she was around the same age. they helped me pick out some products to try and applied it on me. it looked amazing! they were both so lovely and sweet. it was the best customer service i’d ever received. i felt so welcomed and accommodated. I will definitely be coming back. they did an exceptional job, and they are incredible artists!

Cassie and Elena are absolute angels! I booked the wrong appointment for a different date and they managed to help me out and do my makeup regardless. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my makeup done in Sydney!
