Over the years we have enlisted the services of a number of building specialists and tradespeople to maintain our properties. Some were very good and some rather mediocre. Matt Cornell, however, is certainly up there with the very best. His structural engineering knowledge and expertise, network/recommendations of trustworthy tradespeople and builders, and ability to determine a range of cost-effective and practical real-life solutions to any issue is outstanding.
