I didn't have high expectations as I just saw the brand on an instagram ad, but I fell in love with the designs so I ordered- wow. I got the Palmier quilt cover set + cushion cover bundle. The quality is so nice, comfortable, the sets are so unique and the package arrived quite quickly. Highly recommend!

The products are of good quality, however I've had problems getting information/communication about a return. I contacted them about a blanket to return, which I sent to the address they specified. There was confirmation from the post that it had been delivered to the address. However my emails have been ignored asking for confirmation on the return, and I suspect I won't be hearing from them as it's been 5 days without word.

I am so fortunate to have two sets of your beautiful linen; the waffle print (white, double bed) and the lovely grey and silver pattern on white background (queen size). These sets are the best linen we have ever experienced! They feel luxurious and so comfortable!! It is wonderful to have a provider of such a high quality, beautiful linen in our Australian market. I ordered the Josephine purple quilt cover set but unfortunately my order got mixed up and I received another product instead. I contacted Luxotic, received a response immediately, got the correct order hand delivered over the Easter weekend and even received a gift from Craig. There are quite a few retailers that stock Luxotic's quilt covers which is how I stumbled upon them, and and after a quick entry into a search engine, I was delighted to find that they have an online retailer of their own selling direct to the public, which is where you will find the best price on their cushions and covers. While you will just love their gorgeous designs and the use of high quality materials for their products, what sets them apart from other businesses is their outstanding customer service. I would divulge what that entails but instead I suggest just making a purchase from them to experience it for yourself, you'll end up writing a five star review too. It is excellent value for money so whether you're after a gift for a friend or an update for your own bedroom interior, Luxotic is worth giving a chance.
