Rudest staff first off.Whenever I see them in town the staff are lazy and leave clients behind especially ones in walkers or need assistance crossing the road.I hear staff talking about the clients in front of them!Had a family friend attend the service a few years ago and they where used for money. All they did was sit there and every few hours they take them to the loo and put them back... not happy with anything I have heard of this group. Honestly Do Better
