really helpful and kind doctors, I came here for my vaccinations that I was meant to get at school a few years ago, and the lady was so nice and understanding, unlike some other doctors I've seen. I've also had a bloodtest here, and the nurse that did that for me was really kind as well !! I don't remember who she was, but as a person who HATES needles, the experiences I've had here with needles are surprisingly ok !! ❤️❤️ 5/5!! :)

Dr Tsang is wonderful and takes the time to listen and always gets to the bottom of why I am feeling.Also Judy was more than happy to go out of her way to witness a document I needed to sign.

Dr Tsang is exceptional! Provides all options available and is down to earth which makes his bed side manner great! Overall all staff at the practice professional and you will certainly wish to return.

I'm not someone to write reviews but My health North Richmond deserves the praise.Firstly friendly, helpful and kind receptionists Maddi, Gabby and Ash are incredible everytime I call to make appointments.The nurses are just wondering with my children always make them feel safe and happy to come back again.Dr Rory Webb is fabulous.He always takes the time with my family, makes my children feel comfortable. My daughter is always so excited to go to the doctors as it's always been a wonderful experience for her.My health North Richmond is a lovely place to go and the staff are wonderful

Gabby, Ash and all the staff at reception are very helpful when organising appointments. Dr Rosaleen Jacob is fantastic. She not only focuses on your current concern but also go above and beyond to discuss how I can promote health and prevent disease.

My Health at North Richmond is a kind and caring family practice. The reception staff and all the doctors have proven to be very nice. I highly recommend this surgery they have pathology and other specialist services in-house.

Great medical centre. Kind, patient, polite, helpful doctors and the same can be said for the receptionist team and the nurses/medical/other personnel we see when there. I always have my toddler with me as well so being able to return to the same people for our health, and putting our trust in them for not just me but my son, is really important. This is the only place I’ve consistently felt assured cared about our wellbeing, both mental and physical, and I’m so grateful to have found them. The ability to book online too and manage our appointments through the app, and do Telehealth also if needed has made my life so much easier. Thanks for all you do!

Not too long to wait, consultation with Dr Jacob good. I made a long appointment to cover more than one issue and we got it all done. Flu shot, COVID vaccine, prescriptions and more! It’s a shame we have to pay now but it makes you appreciate the visit more and make sure you get the most out of it.

Dr Carrie Stanney is the best doctor I’ve seen. She is so caring, makes me feel at ease. Receptionists are always so lovely.
