Girl was not helpful at all didn't know prices.Quote never got done.Returned samples and was greeted with the rudest most arrogant man in hervey bay. Told us to have a lovely life on the way out.Do yourself a favour and bypass this shop.

I have used Solomons Hervey Bay twice and cannot fault their service. Thank you to Shannon and everyone else when I gave you incorrect measurements and knowing that I was pressed for time (had driven to Hervey Bay for the day to do work on my Mums house) fixed my problem without any hesitation. Difficult salesman wouldn't give me any information about the product or options and became angry when I keep asking for details. He left refusing to give me a quote and telling me this wasn't the product that I wanted. Disappointing but maybe its because the product details don't stand up. I definitely will avoid Solomons in future. Very unpleasant experience!

From Shaun on the phone to Cory coming to measure up, give me a price and submit the order on the spot, to Dylan fitting them all just a couple of weeks later, I couldn't be happier. Paid more because I believed the end result would be better, should have gone with the $1500 cheaper quote I was given from another flooring place who just didn’t use as much technical language.Yes well I’m glad you are confident. I don’t have 20 years of flooring experience so when I’m told that the skin being applied will help to level things. I actually expect things to be more level not that it’s basically a sealer that will do nothing to level the floor.
