Contacted Justin in relation to servicing my car for me! Great communication and fast response, he walked me through the entire process of what was going to happen on the car from start to finish, all the products used were of the highest quality! Justin was able to find issues that were not attended to in previous services from other reputable companies! Having a high perfomance car I wouldn't trust my car in any other hands but Justin's from SMP Automotive, The whole process from start to finish was a breeze! Car genuinely felt better leaving SMP! Couldn't recommend enough!!

Awesome, fast and professional service!My Car had a lot of maintenance issues with my transmission, brakes and Clutch that had been neglected for far too long, Contacted Justin from SMP Automotive and I'm absolutely stoked with the outcome. the car is running smooth and better then ever. This morning you nearly ran into my car when you suddenly swayed into my lane without warning. Please drive carefully next time, lives are endangered on the road. What good is it if you do hit someone, lose your income for the day/week or worst injure someone.

For no BS mechanical work Justin is the bloke to see. Absolutely amazing service and mechanical knowledge. This is the only guy I trust with my Patrol and my wife's Mitsubishi asx. I highly recommend Justin for all your mechanical needs.

Ripping people of said take 2 weeks they hade my car for 9 weeks I broke down on way home when finally did pick up iv hade use another mechanic to go over everything they did they didn’t return any bolts to the original spots refuses to give receipts for his work this guy an his dad are horrible at there job an I hope no one else gets ripped of bye them

Absolutely amazed with SMP Automotive!!!I had neglected my car for a long time (2004 Subaru Liberty) and there was a lot of problems it had that needed to be fixed. It was an exhaustive list starting with the radiator all the way down to my CV joints. I took the car in and was able to get a quote on the same day for the full list after getting quotes around the brisbane/Ipswich area. Justin was patient explaining the issues the car had and was able to identify the problems very quickly. Other mechanics and automotive services had also told me that it would take upwards of two weeks to have my car up and running again. SMP AUTOMOTIVE HAD IT DONE IN 4 DAYS!!! Talk about bang for your buck! I will be recommending all my friends/colleagues here and definitely returning if I have any issues in the future.Thank you all so much!!!
