Great location and feel. Staff just left us to enjoy our stay but were there if needed anything. Can't wait to go back.

Getting inside was a bit of a mission. Each room has a designated car space out the back, but you have to walk around the block to get through the front, as there's no rear access without a key.Overall, we found this motel to be clean, comfortable, and well-located to the beach and eateries. The pool is lovely. We'd be happy to stay there again.It's got Foxtel (more than just basic channels), and a spa (make sure you switch the pump on under the sink. That had us confused for a moment). If you don't plan on cooking, you could comfortably stay for a few days, or longer. The rooms are comfortable, but not huge, so I'd suggest to meet guests at one of the nearby restaurants or cafes.

The lounge has dark dirty stains over it, the ensuite shower is full of mould and floors Sticky. The aircon in the room didn’t work and we tried calling reception but had no answer. On 03/09 I advised reception of this and we’re told ‘oh you check out tomorrow anyway, we can’t have someone in on a weekend it’s hard enough getting someone during the week’ which to me seemed he had no interest in even offering to fix this for us?? This made us uncomfortable to advise of the further things wrong such as bathroom doors not shutting and the horrible smell coming from the drains in the bathroom as well.The beds in the rooms are rock hard, and for someone who is pregnant I didn’t sleep at all during my stay which made it feel even more exhausting to be on ‘holiday’

Lovely clean and spacious rooms, friendly front desk staff. Should consider a larger couch in the living room, a two seater is inadequate. Otherwise, a nice and quiet motel in a great location within walking distance of the beach, eateries and shops.

Great location however room was looking very dated with doors falling off runners and shower heads broken. Kids loved the pool and coffee downstairs.

Bit disappointed due to the price. We drove all day . Then informed at 1.30. We couldn't access our room until 2pm. Not a minute before . So we had to sit in the car park. Bit rude. Never been treated like that by a motelWe couldn't sit on porch. As the air-conditioning was loud.and blowing hot air. At night we had cockroaches in the room.Will stay elsewhere in the future.

We really enjoyed this place. We shelled out for the ocean view and were not disappointed. The apartment was spacious and the lounge was super comfy. The water pressure was good and the view was beautiful. The pool was a great temperature as well. The staff were lovely. Happy to recommend to people.

Pretty great place to stay during your holiday. The room was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were pretty comfy. Some biscuits and a lot of cups, plates, utensils, etc. The pool is very clean and pretty during the night. Water is a little warm during night time and the spa is great too!

Parking easy, room dated but adequate. Pool and in room spa great. Sauna bit hidden. Laundry in room behind bifold doors, hall cupboard was pantry.

My Fave place to stay when in Hervey Bay. You just literally walk out the hotel and there you will have access to all the best restaurants and cafe's and best cocktail bar, you are a stones throw from the beach, what more could you ask for.Rooms are always tidy with great, friendly cleaning staff.Can't wait to get back.
