Very grateful for the excellent service I received through MyCareSpace. Rebecca was my contact and she was very patient, empathetic, understanding, timely, thorough, used non-clinical everyday language and simply friendly, . Finding appropriate and best-fit support which also satisfies NDIS requirements can be a daunting and time consuming task when you don't work in this field and haven't established the necessary networks. Rebecca arranged contact with two very qualified and experienced people for Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching. Extremely happy with both possibilities. My disabled daughter was able to make her final choice based on intuition, therefore given a sense of ownership and control of her own life.I highly recommend using MyCareSpace for finding the support needed for your loved-ones/charges. Totally de-stressed the whole process.

It was a refreshing and great experience dealing with the team at MyCareSpace. They were very quickly able to identify service providers that had the capacity to work with our son. We very quickly locked in two new supports for him.

Since we are left with no other choice than to post a negative review here. My care space is a Scam. We signed up for the highly rated top subscription for a quarter and paid $1648 for three months. Out of 3, two months have already passed, and not a single referral from them has been made. My care space staff was unfriendly and indicated there wasn't much they can do after talking to them and asking them some questions about it. She even said that It's up to you guys whether or not you want to continue with us.Don't waste your time or money, please.

I can not speak highly enough of the awesome help the ladies at My CareSpace have been at a time of extreme need. Very helpful, prompt with following up requests (even multiple requests) and very calm and reassuring in my time of need. Thank you doesn’t seem enough for the help they have been. Keep up the awesome work Helen and Rebecca, totally appreciate what you do for us stressed out parents❣️

Life with Choice Care as a provider has been dealing with myCareSpace for almost one year now....and I can vehemently say that, their services is second to none in the industry. And as a manager, I can confidently say that Rebecca is the most professionally experienced, have great sense of humour, lovely and friendly to work with. I highly recommend myCareSpace and their great team of staff to any provider for business.

I cannot say enough about the difference the team at MyCareSpace have made to me. I was very lost and upset trying to get support for my 8 year old daughter and someone recommended I call them. I was met with a real person, who really understood and took the time to take care of my needs and more importantly my experience of having no power. It felt like talking to a good girlfriend. I needed to find therapists to support me in getting a diagnosis for my daughter and everywhere I called had massive waitlists. Within 24 hours MyCareSpace got me the appointments I needed. You cannot pay enough money for that kind of service and their service is free.
