George is a real character and we warmed to him right away! He is very knowledgeable and helpful and we are looking fwd to getting my childhood treasures back, ready for another 70 years of love.

Fantastic! Whist I experienced some delay. I appreciated the fact George is passionate about his work. My mothers walking doll is back to her original glory and my Mother is ecstatic. It is truly wonderful seeing my Mother spend the afternoon playing with her granddaughter and her doll. End result totally worth it. Thank you George.

I cannot put into words how thrilled I am for the hard work and dedication of Diane and George. I booked my first ever teddy in for some much needed TLC, he's been with me for 26.5 years and was really showing his age. Having handed him into their care, I had worries of how he would come back to me and what changes would be made to give him new life.Well the results were incredible, he is just perfect, and the more I look at him the more I see just how perfect he is. Diane clearly worked very carefully with him, and It's wonderful to have him looking so healthy and clean!Thank you so very much for giving Jemery a new life - I will be forever greatful.

I brought my bear & pig for wash up & changing the cotton as they have been with me for 10 & 5 years each and were quite worn out. They turned out great and cute, George and the lady(nikki I think) were so nice and Id like to imagine my toys were having a good time with such kind people.

Some toys cannot be replacedThis store helped us out with my 24 year old childhood toy Moo Cow. He was in a bit of a rough state from holes, cut off hair, and tail and not to mention full of dust and dirt from many adventures we had in my childhood.These guys are worth the money. You can tell the quality, love and care Moo cow was given in order to become himself again but also feels very strong to help manage my girl who is let's say on the rough side.I loved how they where friendly and also didn't mind being asked each week to week how the progress was going over Facebook and never ones worried for his care.If I ever need another toy fixed I would definitely send it to these guys and also would recommend anyone needing a toy to be helped out to send it to these guys. Because of them my daughter is the second generation who will have this toy and make it there own as well. Thanks guys

The customer service here rates BELOW 1 Star. I dropped off 2 items at the beginning of June and was told they’re be ready at the end of June. Turned up to collect and one item they tried to return was not even mine. Fast forward almost 3 months and I STILL do not have my toy back but have been fed every excuse under the sun whenever we’ve chased up about it. Staff had gone home for the day, staff were sick, nobody was in the office. I have been assured the toy had been found but it has become ridiculous. I mean all it needed was two glass eyes - how hard can they be to put in for “professionals”.

Overpriced and absolutely awful communication skills. Asked George multiple times to write down my email as he couldn't send info regarding my patient. Every attempt I was assured he'd follow through and everytime he didn't. $140 for stuffing, wash and to be sewn up is a bit much. However the craftsmenship for what it's worth is decent and the store it's self is well stocked and has historic/authentic feel to it. However when it comes to customer service I recommend people with competent communication skills should serve out front.

Our new dog tore up my partners favourite bear (stuffing removed, no eyes, sections of fabric missing) that was 8 years old.Thankfully George was able to completely re-store Harold (the bear), filled him with new stuffing, stitched on a new tail and rear section, washed him and replaced his eyes.I was extremely happy with the result and George and his family are awesome to deal with. Very honest, well priced and got the job done.Thank you!

I had my favourite toy dog repaired by the lovely team here and I cannot recommend them enough! Patches is very old and VERY loved (still slept wth today) and he was cared for like an actual patient, which I hugely appreciated. Thank you! He's doing well as an outpatient and has a much longer life expectancy now.
