Excellent food, and service. There was no loud music so we could talk to each other. The place is like the tardis - looks small from outside but big inside.

Make sure you book in for dinner as this place can fill up quick. Luckily for us, bistro meals in the bar were a great back up!! Plus we were hosted by two of the best bar keeps I’ve seen in a while. Very friendly and quick to check in on your needs. Food was well priced and very tasty.

Online booking wasnt updated since Covid restrictions. The menu was in the midst of changing so the main GF options weren't available. The food was served out individually, one was almost 10 min after the rest. One order was taken incorrectly. The schnitzel was dry, chewy and burnt. The bar staff did try and accommodate with liquor options and took feedback pleasantly. Also making up a GF option from the bar menu, last minute. The play room is handy for you g children. However the aircon was on and when enquired about was due to a muky smell emitting when warm. Not great in a cold climate.

Whilst the menu alludes to the contrary, a gourmet pub this is NOT!!That in itself isn't so bad, but what kind of place serving meals runs out of milk at 730 and refuses to make you a cappuccino when there's TWO supermarkets across the road? If that wasn't bad enough, the girl behind the bar with questionable dress sense and make up sense has an attitude akin to a grenade in a bucket of fresh cow excrement. The rest of the staff are lovely, but this girl has real anger management issues which makes you question her career choice in customer service. At least the beer is cold.

Stopped in for lunch on 7/2/23. Ordered the calamari and lamb pizza from the lunch specials menu. Absolutely brilliant food! Fantastic serving size and the pub had a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back sometime.

Corner pub, fairly old fashioned decor, food was nice, but had open souvlaki, the lamb was shaved almost into pulp. Felt like a Seniors meal for people with no teeth. The staff had some confusion when splitting the bill- got it wrong and asked the first party for more money on top of the original amount, which was slightly annoying. Quiet at least on a Monday night.

Four of us went for dinner Easter Saturday. Two of us unfortunately ordered the chicken schnitzel. It had been deep fried and was one shade off burnt. If the schnitzel had not been so paper thin maybe it would not have been so crunchy. I ordered chips and veggies and got chips and salad instead. It was a very overpriced meal. No chicken breast in this schnitzel. Do not recommend. Except for the lovely girl who served us would have been one star.

Went for dinner with my family on Friday night. The three adults all ordered the porterhouse steak; I ordered a medium porterhouse. The adult meals came AFTER the children had finished eating their meals. The steak that was served was NOT porterhouse. It was scotch fillet. The cuts of meat are very different. My steak was very ‘well done’ and not medium. It was tough, chewy and half of the steak was inedible fat. 300g of steak and half was inedible. My father who was present for dinner is a butcher and the female food attendant argued with him that it was porterhouse. The chef refused to leave the kitchen to discuss. I asked for an itemised bill with consideration given to the $39.50 x3 meals that were half inedible and incorrect. That was refused and the female attendant also didn’t provide the requested bill until repeatedly requested. If you want a decent meal with respectful customer service, please go elsewhere.

Quaint pub, with friendly staff. The bistro was full so we ate in the bar which was honestly preferable as quieter. There were quite a few drinks on tap that were unavailable at the time, so was made to buy a bottle in order to get a drink I liked. All three of my friends and I ordered a parma and were happy with the meal and great tasting chips! Definitely reccomend if in the area.
