Highly recommend Infinity Pest Solutions. We had rodent problem we needed cleared but worried about impact to our dogs and other native animals. Spoke with Vicki and she explained special bait they used, so we booked a visit. Matt arrived on time, took a good look around then set to work. We’re a few weeks in and no sight or sound of rodents. I was very pleased from the start, when I called I spoke to Vicki she explained everything to me over the phone & really took the time to go through the whole process. When the worker came out to do the job he went into my roof checked everything out thoroughly explained what he was doing & what he was using & answered questions that I had. They are very knowledgeable & I would recommend. Thanks guys for all your help, job well done.

We were extremely pleased with this service. We had a rat infestation problem that we thought would be impossible to deal with (house, garden, chicken coop) and it has been resolved.Dinesh went above and beyond to help us out. We were really happy that an environmentally friendly option was available because we live on a green belt which is home to lots of native bird species.We will definitely recommend this service to others!

Highly recommend. They’re PROFESSIONAL! This is the second year I book their service. I got a millipede boom last year and these annoying bugs keep coming inside. Soon after they sprayed the chemicals, none of these bugs could get into my house. And the chemical lasts much much longer than any other products I could find from bunnings. I already recommend them to my friends. We definitely will book again next year.

From the moment we contacted the delightful Vicki in relation to a wasp nest in our roof the experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend this company. She explained the process in detail, arranged a next day site visit and even offered a seniors discount! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! So prompt! So very professional. Arrived exactly on time! They were booked out a week in advance but understood the urgency of the request being an angry wasp nest! They Exterminated and they explained what they will do and how it will happen. Said if in 24 hours they were still there to call them immediately. Did not need too as they were gone!! Did a fantastic job. We’re very concerned for my pets, told me what to do & not too. Highly recommend this company. Will use again if needed! Thank you so much for your professionalism!

Vicki was great explaining everything and our service was completed within 48hrs. Danesh and Smiley rang beforehand to confirm their arrival and were very professional. No fuss and they explained thoroughly what would happen and what to expect. They completed the job in good time and it was a pleasure to have such courteous tradesman at our house.

It’s very refreshing to find a business that has integrity. Matt come out to my place to take care of what I thought was an outdoor rat issue. Matt informed me that droppings were from Possums and not Rats or mice. So it turned out I didn’t need and pest control. Matt didn’t want any money for his call out. That’s what I call honesty. If I do have the need for pest control in the future I will be calling Matt from Infinity Pest Solutions.
