Pearl Nails

It’s my second visit here but man the environment is so different from any other nail salon I have been to. First thing, the staffs are very friendly and they don’t just talk with each other in their language while the service which is nice because it makes me uncomfortable when they are just talking to each other the whole time. I don’t live near Kotara but I just come here for them. I highly recommend this one.

I researched all nail places within kotara and this place seemed the most consistent. Had a pedicure and manicure. Very professional and polite. I was very happy with the result. Very fair pricing

I have long natural nails & I went in for a shellac polish.Three of my nails were filed crooked, the paint job was gloopy & my manicurist was more focused on whispering to her coworker about another woman who worked there rather than paying attention to how she was painting. Absolutely do not recommend.

Unsanitary nail salon. They share equipment with each other with out cleaning between customers or even at all. I had a lady next to me getting a pedicure using the same trolley full of dirty tools, straight from my lady to her lady’s hands to use on her customer without a clean. We commented if we get new equipment and they said we share. We all pay good money for good clean service but not here. Respect us enough to speak English in business hours it’s very rude

It was my first visit to this nail salon, which was almost like a hidden gem. The lady who did my nails was very careful, caring, and reassuring. And the nails are still in good condition after 3 weeks so I highly recommend them.

Pearl Nails salon was able to accommodate my last-minute visit on the day before a weekend of travel. They were kind, quick, and able to create the precise form and colour I desired. I'll surely return when it's time for a refill. Love this nail salon!!!

dodgy salon, do not waste your money here. felt as if the lady was training with how rough she was. kept hitting my skin with the electric nail buffer, I had glue around the nail on my skin, First Lady was horrible at painting and had to get somebody else over to finish painting. the lady told me the nails will last me 1-2 months 2 days later my nail had started to come lose and also started bleeding and now on the 3rd day the nail has come off.

I have gotten my nails done here a handful of times, each time hoping it will be a better experience than the last time. While the staff is friendly enough, they do a pretty average job on nails. Don't get a pedicure if you're looking for a relax - there was no exfoliation and I felt like my lower legs were being aggressively rubbed with water and latex gloves - gross. No leg massage, just my lower legs being used like a shake-weight. I understand they are busy, but it leads to less care and precision and just a mediocre experience. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me... fool me three times - won't recommend and will go elsewhere.
