I got a hair cut from Jessica I think (thin young lady with long blonde hair) yesterday and I think it was the worst haircut and experience I've ever had. She was rude and didn't even try to understand what kind of hair cut I wanted, she just wanted to know how short. She was really rough, kept yanking my hair to get the knots out. It was a bit dry and had some tangles but there's definitely a nicer way you could do it which is to hold down the roots and gently brush it out. Instead she just kept yanking. Even though i was clearly grimacing and i even asked her if she could be a bit more gentle. She responded with 'ok, your hair is very tangled. do you use conditioner?'. And proceeded to keep yanking. She chopped off 1.5 inches and then thinned the hair out and then she done. No styling, no trimming. Even though i had asked for layers - there were no layers. My hair is just shorter but a shapeless mop. I was so angry i called up Lisa after we left. She told me to come back and she'll fix it but I will never go back there again.

Have been going to Lisa's hairdresser for a while and will keep going there. Never had an issue with setting up an account here, so i was a bit confused seeing the reviews. Recently had a perm there and it looks great.

Came here for the first time recently and super happy with my haircut. They listened to my requests and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Walked out loving my hair!

Great service! Appointment was at the exact time and length I was scheduled. My hair was patchy colours of black and orange. The staff was able to transition it smoothly from a dark brown to dark grey. The price was cheap for such an extensive service including bleaching, toning, washing with hair treatment, brushing, trimming & drying.

At 25 dollar price point for a male haircut, they are better options around this area. I get served by a thin build short hair lady with an average skill and service despite some of the comments mention the staff are friendly. I am just extremely disappointed with my haircut. This will be my first and last time here.

Have had my hair cut at Lisa's for years now at this store. Previously had my hair cut by her when she was just starting 10+ years ago! Will always come back, and have been happy with the service here from day one :)

I don't usually leave a review but i must share this one. I had my hair new growth straighten and part of it looks burnt. I came back and walked in the next day without an appointment and got told off i had to make an appointment to come back or phone in. I was just sent off like a virus. I made a phone call immediately after i walk out, the response was there was no guarantee the hair would be 100% done because the work was done on new growth only and not the whole head. I said it was the new growth that was burnt and curly. They have appointment available the next day or next weekend but no… Just the wrong attitude and i don't want to give business to those that don't amit their fault, and simply put off their customers away like covid when they simply just wanna walk in and want to show a small fix up may require. I will rather cut those burnt hair off than walk into this salon again

Make an appointment at 2：00 pm，I have been waiting there for more than 30 minutes, If you can't do it why don't call me previously? Their arrogance show their service. Totally BAAAAD experience, Not recomended!
