I had neck pain and a headache for a couple weeks and decided to book in a massage with Kelly who was professional, thorough and made me feel very comfortable. I had a lovely first time massage experience with Kelly. She really listened to what my problems areas were and was quite intuitive finding which areas needed the most work, gently stretching and hitting all the right spots. She gave me some great advice on stretches I could do at home also. But the best part... I have not had any lower back spasms since I've left there. It's been months since this has happened. I will definitely be back. The atmosphere was delightful too.
