Balloonaway was fantastic! The helium was VERY well priced, the staff were REALLY helpful, I spoke to Michelle who made everything easy and helped me to estimate how much helium I needed. Great experience, would defiantly recommend!

So grateful that these guys are doing what they can during another lockdown. I order a bunch of balloons for my sons 8th birthday late Sunday night and the beautiful bunch arrived at 10am the next morning. It really made his day and I cannot thank you guys enough.

After a last min decision to get my friend who lives 5hrs away a surprise delivery for her birthday within 24 hrs, I found these guys on google. Sent an enquiry and the communication was fast and spot on. My friend was so excited I can't share her feedback because of the language (haha) but thanks soo much guys you are lifesavers!

Although been around for years, easy to forget that this place is a great idea instead of flowers.Bill is fabulous! Never fails to help with a phone order & never disappoints. We missed Miss 5’s birthday on the weekend & one 3 min phone Bill had us sorted with this beautiful bouquet!Thank you & highly recommended.

I placed an order to be delivered on a friends birthday and the delivery just did not turn up on the day. I emailed and rang the company the following day only to be told that there was a problem with their email or commerce platform (even though they had taken my payment).He assured me the delivery would be made that day (a Day after the BDay) and would not even consider a doing a partial refund for their mistake. After I politely asked again for a partial refund they then stopped replying all together. In my opinion, if you want your balloons delivered on the right date go with another balloon shop in the area! There are many other options.

Disappointed, after specifically asking for delivery to be as late in the day as possible because balloons are for a birthday the next day. They turned up at 11am in morning and when I said I has specifically ask for afternoon delivery the driver said I'm just the driver"Well I'm just the customer and you've just lost me !"
