Dreadful experience. Called to shop and shutter was half closed. Finally went in while service guy was fiddling with a laptop, ignored us for a good 15 minutes. Then asked him whether I could drop off my laptop that was overheating. He said I would have to leave it with him for 5 weeks because the other guy" was overseas. We left and wife banged her head on the half closed shutter.No idea of customer service. I'll never go there again and will try someone that values their customer
