What a cool store! Loving having a department store experience in the bay again. Would love to see more clothing in the xl and xxl sizes there never seems to be any. But I love that stock is refreshed every week and new products are always instore. It's exciting everytime I go by. They do need a bigger sign saying trollys don't work past the entrance through. I've seen old and disabled people having to carry stuff they have bought as the trollys stopped. Poor form. But still an awesome shopping place.

Terrible store over priced products that have been purchased from other failed businesses these people at Tkmaxx Think they are going to sell stock at a higher price than what it was priced at by the previous seller that had the product these guys that Joking themselves had a $5 tag on a product but they priced it at $16.99 and would not let me purchase it at the cheaper price contacted head office still waiting for a call back it's been 5 days.

Teenagers cashiers are never friendly. They look absolutely irritated by what they are doing and customers coming, they never smile. They dont even say thank you when you buy something. They just spoil your mood when you buy something. Do they know anything about how they should provide customer service?
