Every time my doctor has both emailed and delivered prescriptions to this Pharmacy they have told me there are no prescriptions on file. My doctor has then phoned Priceline and, suddenly, the (unopened) email has appeared, together with the physical scripts. I have also had to argue time & time again to get the strips for my safety net card despite them being automatically printed & only needing to be handed to me. Very bad experiences all round & would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I am glad Terry White Pharmacy LAKE HAVEN will see my review.My Son-in-Law attended Lake Haven TERRY WHITE PHARMACY to credit Daktarin Ointment purchased in error with docket in hand. I asked him to purchase Daktarin powder.He went in to credit the ointment and purchase the powder only to be told No credit on Medicines". I then approached a sales lady asking for a credit but was told the same. Naturally I did not buy the powder leaving the docket and ointment on the counter.I live in Aged Care at Kanwal so will advise Management to recommend ALL 140 residents never enter a TERRY WHITE PHARMACY.A lovely day out spoilt by a money grabbing Pharmacy who does not know what the word SERVICE means.Maybe one day the owner will reconsider her fraudulent rule and understand some people make mistakes in life."

Best customer service I have ever received. They went above and beyond to get a product in to help my son and will now carry the product on there shelves. Thank you so much for your kindness and help yesterday and today.

Use to be open to 8pm on a Thursday night (like most shops in the center are), now shut at 7pm. I have withdrawn all my scripts from here. As someone who works 9-5pm with little kids, I do the shopping on Thursday's and they shut way to early on late night" to be useful anymore."

Awesome chemist! Being a dad with three young kids (6,4,2) we've been to a number of local chemists over the years, however we've found the service here always a cut above the others, with the staff some of the friendliest people you will meet. They always go out of their way to help us and my wife and I have felt so lucky that they are near by (so we just had to leave a review). They have an incredible knowledge base between them and the one time one of the ladies wasn't sure, the owner Andrew was all too happy to clarify - brilliant.Thanks guys keep up the great work! Pharmacist wouldn’t supply me with a cough mixture for my partner who is very unwell. She ended up having to go in and get it herself, to which the pharmacist accused her of putting people at risk for COVID-19. When he wouldn’t even supply it to myself on her behalf. She took a rapid test which had a negative result Saturday, and has been trying to find an open clinic for a PCR test. Yet the pharmacist just accused her of putting people at risk and not letting her explain herself.

I can't not believe the unbelievably great service I got today! I was stuck at home with an infectious child, after ordering online I called up to see when my order would arrive. I was told next week, of course I needed the medication asap, so I got off the phone to try to come up with a solution. I received call shortly later and someone had offered to come and drop off what I needed. If that is not giving you faith in humanity I do not know what will. Thank you for going above and beyond for me today!
