The comments below are very overblown, about rascism, and rudeness. I’ve known Yaa for almost 15 years. Yes first meeting she was quiet, I also thought maybe because I was a white girl that she didn’t specialise in white girl hair but nothing true, she’s incredible and if you have some personality and can lighten the mood with some jokes and compliments… yaa is the type of women who will go beyond great customer service.., I feel a lot of people go in and waste her time a d because she is a perfectionist with her business, she does not like to waste pointless time talking about wigs or extensions to women who aren’t certain. Her prices are reasonable and her hair quality is brilliant and her selection of colours and wigs/ synthetic and human hair are very cosy affective. Yaa is very straight up and likes to get into her work. Once you have had an appointment and a chat, she is instantly very charming. She’s a very proud and private woman and I do know she has had her reasons for being abrupt because of personal issues and people trying to low ball her prices. Her experience is beyond comparison, she’s very talented. And is great at mixing colours. She is not a racist at all. I can veryify that!!

This is the place to come for extensions very professional, very polite. Yaa knows what she's doing. I have been coming here for almost 16 years, wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend this place keep up the good work

My lady and queen Yaa is one of the most talented women on High Street where her HQ is situated. I've been seeing her for my own hair personally for almost a year now and I'll never go anywhere else. She is dedicated to her craft and is always heavily booked. Do yourself a massive favour and book ahead of time to see her because someone this busy can be into a month or three ahead if schedule. See Yaa, thank me later!

I would never recommend this store to any of my friends or family as the customer service I received today was very unprofessional. As we walked into the store the owner had on an attitude whilst chewing gum for no apparent reasons as i do not know her or have ever used her service before, after our purchase of the products we bought she then stuck the gum that was in her mouth into the brown paper bag. It was later i found out when i got home and was very unhappy as i found that very rude. If i had noticed that earlier i would of returned the things i bought from her store.

I wish I could do no stars I had no option.but anyways, I do not recommend this hair dresser as she changes her prices like I change my clothes. she's rude, she's all about money we get it you have a business to run but dont change your prices all the Time. won't be coming back :)
