I recently attend a workshop held by Cat and found it to be a great help and Cat's knowledge about the course and its content was invaluable. She was very helpful and explained things in a way that all attendees could understand and relate to. Most of the attendees did not want the course to end and would definitely attend another of her courses in the future! Thanks for the assistance Cat.

I have just completed a marketing course with Benchmark Business Coaching. Cat has a real gift for taking complex marketing concepts and making them easy to understand and directly relevant to my business. I have learned so much during the course and feel that I have been able to apply the leaning to my business practice. I recommend this course to everyone who wants to learn more about marketing and grow their business.

I have great ideas but all in my head, so when it comes to expressing those thoughts into writing, somehow the words get all twisted out of context by the time the pen hits the paper. Cat made that so much easier by the framework she uses which has helped me to write out awesome copy not only for my social media but also to recognise the importance of a good framework that works every time

Cat was brilliant at helping me understand my personal road blocks and helping to create and break down my business goals. I have lots of homework to implement and I am sure that I will be connecting with Cat again in the future.
