Domino’s Pizza Highfields
Very disappointing firstly had trouble ordering online so rang the order through, being alergic to mushroom i specifically asked for no mushroom on my supreme pizza staff were so rushed to take the order obviously wasn't interested in listening fully pizza shows up with mushroom! Unfortunately this is not the first time they have done this, looks like kfc might get a bit more of a work out from now on.

Thank you domino and staff, I arrived on crutches, as I got to the door, a member rushed over and opened it for me, also as I left, I asked if they could bring the pizza out to me in the car, which they did, no hassles.. ohh, the pizza was good too

Domino’s Pizza Highfields
Pizzas are often average, mostly dry and lacking toppings. The staff are usually rude (the younger ones especially). I was accused of stealing someone’s pizza from the same person who served me and knew my name - not a good impression. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Domino’s Pizza Highfields
I have managed to avoid Domino Pizzas for quite a few years but last Friday night in a moment of weakness we ordered from them. Two of the pizzas were average, like what you would expect from Domino's. We splurged an extra $2 75 for vegan cheese on my pizza. When we opened the box there was hardly any cheese at all. Obviously not the best investment.We ordered online and had to give an email and phone contact. Since then I have been deluged with spam even though I have unsubscribed everywhere that I can find. I hate spam so I contacted the customer support asking how I might be able to stop it. Their response was to ignore my request totally and give me vouchers for more pizzas. We really don't want more substandard pizzas. We just want the spam to stop.

Grant Shelton. Nick McKenzie and Riley Ernst we're fantastic workers. With a strong work ethic and awesome customer service. Pizzas were delivered on time and they we're very friendly. Would recommend these awesome young men for a thumbs up from the managers. Thanks again dominoes Highfields.

I live 5.8 kilometres from Dominos Highfields but they say they wont deliver yet they deliver to Meringandan West with an additional charge. I have had a delivery before. I am in Gowrie Junction near Highfields. I would pay the extra but wasn't even given the option by the girl and her manager. Poor customer service and area knowledge. They need to update their delivery radius. Never bothering with Dominos again.

Lack of toppings on a 3 meat pizza, garlic scrolls the size of 50cent pieces. I get that origin is over and you have made your yearly profit. But how about putting some effort in for the rest of the year.

Really conflicted with this one, one of the best tasting domino's pizza we have ever had. Maybe even the best, not too much sauce and a great even mix of topping. The only downside is the size. The regular pizza is smaller than the regular in south Australia, the extra large is the size of the normal pizza in south Australia. I wanted to take it back and get the missing pizza!. Bottom line good taste but if the size is standard here in qld then you are getting ripped off as they are smaller than the same thing (by a noticeable amount) interstate.
