LIMITLESS Physiotherapy Pilates and Massage

Working with Ryan in the past has really helped me gather a better understanding of my body, and to help alleviate my joint discomfort. The training and exercises he has given me have really helped - I would highly recommend him!

Absolutely the best group of physiotherapists I have ever met. All are incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated and have helped me in so many ways to strengthen and improve my body. I initially saw Ryan for treatment of my sore knees and lower back. He recommended strengthening my knees and total body via Pilates sessions. That was about 5 years ago. I have worked with Chelsea weekly since then and with her help and encouragement managed to trek to Base Camp in Nepal. Freya has just become my latest Pilates physiotherapist and she is also amazing and I am positive any future goal I set she will help me attain.The facilities are first class. There is an excellent selection of equipment and the actual studio is new and modern and just a lovely place to train or receive treatment. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and there is always a lovely atmosphere there.I would highly recommend Limitless Physiotherapy and Pilates.

While unfortunate enough to have required Physio several times a year, LIMITLESS always sorts out my issues and sets me on a course where I rarely need a follow up. Ryan and the team are professional and the studio environment, options for Pilates and massage really make it a well equiped facility. LIMITLESS allows me to be confident to go out and have the adventures I probably shouldn’t be having at my age, without the worry of an unfixable injury.

The team at Limitless are truly awesome and they were the only practice which correctly identified my broken back (!) injury, which lead to surgery. No other physio had managed to pick up the root cause of my pain before.

After an unsuccessful knee surgery i was recommended physio treatment at Limitless Physiotherapy in Bronte. For the past three months i have been seeing Emma Wright twice a week. She has been nothing short of fantastic. She is knowledgeable, she cares and she is honest with her feedback and explanations. I feel very well looked after and the combination of treatment and exercises is something i find very helpful. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone needing physio treatment.

Miranda is awesome! She really worked on my sore muscles and made me feel revived. The best massage! Came in sore and left feeling happy and relaxed.

I couldn’t be happier with the remedial massage I received from Miranda for back pain (due to bad posture / tight muscles from working at a desk). Miranda was both a delightful person and knowledgeable in identifying the issues causing pain. Immediately after the first massage my posture was improved and pain significantly reduced. She also recommended an exercise regime which helped to maintain the results.I highly recommend her to anyone needing massages.

After injuring my shoulder in the surf during training for surf lifesaving, I went to see Ryan at Limitless who prepared a detailed recovery plan after an initial consultation. Ryan assessed my progress each week and tailored our sessions accordingly to ensure that I was on the mend without risking further injury. He also gave me an exercise routine to do at home to further assist my recovery. Ryan handled all the paperwork and direct coordination with work-cover, which made it really easy for me. The whole team at Limitless was very friendly and accommodating to personal needs and circumstances. Big thanks to Ryan. Hopefully I won’t need physio again, but if I do, you can bet I’ll be returning to Limitless.

Love this clinic, love the vibe of it as it doesn’t looks like clinic at all. Nice styled and designed Physio and Pilates clinic at Bronte! I enjoy their staffs‘ positive energy and smile. They really care about their clients and work hard with the passion and loves. ❤️
