Called up the lovely staff in a time of need. They gave us an immediate emergency booking.Our poisoned kelpie was given the best of care, saved from death with their experience and quick action.Well done to the whole team

Friendly and informative. Even has a pretty location with gum trees out the back, which helps at times when we are worried about furry family members. This vet has done well adapting to COVID restrictions and managing to maintain warmth and communication.

i rang trying to get a appointment for my sick carvoodle, everybody i rang was full up and so was kialla vet as well, but they made room for us when no body else would. our poor girl was very sick with cancer and there was no hope so we put her down rather than suffer. the vet was so very caring and showed so much compassion for us as we were a basket case we could not wish anyone better to take our baby to the rainbow bridge.

Found a scared lost dog during a storm in Kialla, asked kialla Veterinary Clinic for help, turned us away. They couldn’t even just do a simple microchip wave to see if it was local. Poor puppy ended up at shep pound. Compassion before money in situations like that.

Great people. Never more than 24hrs or so to get a booking. Staff are always friendly and caring. Location is ideally located for anyone living on the south side of town. Highly recommended.
