Coolum Coaches

After contacting several companies to assist with coaches for our wedding, with no response, we contacted Coolum Coaches. They were very responsive and easy to deal with. They even came out to the venue to assess the area to make sure it would work. Could recommend highly enough.

Really disappointing having booked transfers to and from brisbane cruise terminal. Getting there was fine, however we were completely forgotten about getting picked up. 4 elderly patrons and 8 kids our of 34 people left for 2 hours until alternative solutions could be organised. Very disappointing and no communication afterwards was worse.

Picked up and dropped off by Maggie for a wedding over the weekend and cannot reccomend enough! Left my license on the bus and it was posted back for me days after! Can’t forget to mention the tunes she had going! Highly recommend!

Coolum Coaches' drivers took great care of my teenage daughter who used the buses to get to an activity (so not her usual route). The first driver advised that to avoid quite a long walk on a not very pedestrian-friendly stretch she should change over to another route at a certain point. He arranged the transfer with the other driver and waited to make sure she got onto the new bus. I was in contact with her on the phone but it was a huge relief that they took care of her and got her to her destination safely. I appreciated them taking the initiative and for their care.

We had the great pleasure of having Maggie for wedding transport on Saturday night. We listened to some absolute bangers, and had an awesome chat on the way home, much appreciated!

I am so glad to book Coolum Coaches as our wedding transport in Aug 2021. Their service was great, I must give a shout out to Maggi who was our driver. At the end of our wedding night, Maggi came and pick us up at 12.30am, she was so friendly and had lots of smiles on her face to welcome us. She went above and beyond by giving out vomit bags to each of our guest and she advised them nicely to not throw up in the bus but in the vomit bags so I won't be charged extra. Thank you for thinking of me and being so professional and lovely, that made my special day extra perfect!

I followed this coach up to O’Reillys today on roads I’d never thought I’d see a coach. A big shout out to the driver, there were numerous oncoming cars they negotiated safely past and gave me the opportunity to pass where they could. Well done

Horrible and waste of time. Trying to get wedding transportation sorted and you just have to keep chasing them to book with them. They don’t follow up even though they say they will on the phone. They don’t reply to emails and they change quote consistently to fit their needs. They finally provided a reasonable quote for us and was about to book, when the next day they full change the quote to a ridiculous amount “because all of a sudden they were the only ones with an available van” so they assume they can then charge whatever they want because the right customer will be desperate enough.Customer service is the key to any business and this customer service was horrible.
