We bought 2 large commercial screens from Amped Digital in Claremont, a suburb of Perth in WA.Even though we are Sydney based, we chose Amped, after having contact with several resellers of commercial screens in Sydney.Their price was very competitive, but we chose Amped because of their outstanding product knowledge, their straightforwardness, and the immediate trust we had for them.We had numerous contact with both Dylan and Matt over the last few months, and I could not recommend any people, or any company more highly than Dylan and Matt.Even though the installation was done in another state, their Sydney installer John is of the highest standards calibre.Amped, Dylan and Matt would be without a doubt the best, of the most competent and professional company and people, anywhere. Super Excellent Service and very good product knowledge. I reached out for support via email on weekend expecting reply on Monday. To my great surprise, Dylan from support team replied my email and even called me on sunday evening and work with me for almost 2 hours to setup the new brightsign unit. He patiently went through with me step by step of the setup process and when I had the issue with rss feed not projecting on the screen, he guided me on the troubleshooting and went through the whole setup process again until we found out that it is due to my previous wrong setup of the static IP address. Highly recommended for the product and services they provided.
