It is what it is. I would love if it used pay wave, rather than only $1 coins, and maybe if there was a comfortable sitting area with a community library.

I’ve discovered this treasure for my alteration needs. The ladies are lovely, extremely helpful, and highly skilled. From my jeans, to day dresses & evening wear, I have been delighted every time, and with a great service time turnaround, I highly recommend giving them a shot.!!

The entire launderette is absolutely filthy!! All the machines and floors are dirty, washing machine dispensers are filthy. My washing that I paid $12 for came out disgusting with black dog hair all over it. Spent over $20 for me to go to another launderette anyway. The people working should really consider cleaning once in a While, it’s not hard!

I was very lucky to find this alterations place within the laundrette. Ingrid was so lovely and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and has managed to fix a few things that I thought couldn't be saved. Highly recommend.

The lady can’t do a simple alterations. Took it back to give her a chance to do the right thing but to no avail. Now I have to find another dressmaker to fix my dress. Please BEWARE and STAY AWAY. For the price it’s not worth it. Just put extra $5 or $10 to get a better service somewhere else.

ignore comments below, as a local of 20 years, most comments are fabricated. change always available, the owner and staff are lovely (as long as youre sober, and respectful) and their services are very extended, and theyre more than happy to 'go out of their way to help. when my washing machine at home blew up, the owner SO KINDLY gave me her spare home machine. i couldnt thank her enough.

Ladies who run it are always tryna tell you how to wash your clothes. Tried to tell me to chuck everything in one big washing machine common sense It would ruin my clothesMaybe invest in your own washers for the dry cleaning business… all 4 machines by the door had uniforms in there to soak it was only 7:40am in the morning how can you expect the public to use your machines when you guys use half of them??!? Common senseFocus on not taking up all the washers and dryers and not tell people how to wash there clothes

The lady who works here is the rudest person I have ever met. I’ve come here every fortnight for the self service laundromat. Unfortunately the last 2 times I have come here have been while she is there, she’s super confrontational and aggressive and I leave upset. One shouldn’t be having anxiety about going into a laundromat to do their washing- but I do. I’ll be driving the extra 15 minutes to find a different laundromat.

Much to my surprise there are bad reviews here. I know the place gets dusty with dust bunnies that come from the dryers and the place is not card operated. But, as I am rather a destroyer of clothes(alterations are not my strength) and these ladies have rescued me on several occasions with great humour and kindness. Even trying to source similar clothes from the op shop to use to repair my damage. Reupholstering a second hand couch, showing me the difference between hemming and that other thing which I promptly forgot. As a small business they are very good, but if you wantto be waited on hand and foot dont go here. They know my name and I think they are the best!
