Been coming here for a year now. Had major back issues with a torn muscle which a few osteopaths and physiotherapist couldn’t seem to pin point. But Sarah is fantastic and has helped me so much. A year on and my back has never felt better!

I've recently started going to Bridget at SY Sports Massage and my body has never felt better! Bridget is an absolute pro! As a fitness instructor I've had on-going issues with certain body parts for years now and she was quickly able to identify what program was going to work best for me and the results have been incredible. Also, Bridget is a genuinely lovely, warm and hilarious person which makes the experience even better and as enjoyable as it can be, smiling through the (good) pain. Can't recommend enough
