Victorian Fireplaces & BBQ's - Hoppers Crossing. Weber Specialist Dealer

I bought a fireplace from this store and I am not at ALL impressed. The products AND service were both terrible and I cannot think of what could be worse. I called the place to let them know I wanted to pick it up, and the said it would take THREE WHOLE DAYS to get it ‘ready’, “because the fireplace was too far back on the shelves”. Later on, I picked up the fireplace from the store to install into my new home. I had left the fireplace untouched in the box for about two weeks until it was ready to install. When I took it out to place in, there was a large dent in the corner. Of course, I went back to the store to let them know about this. However, the person I was talking to blamed ME for the damage and did not believe that it was untouched, not doing anything about it. This is pure disrespect. He also told me that the product is very thin and bends. If they had KNOWN it bends, why would they manufacture and sell such poor goods? Below are some images of the damage. The service and behaviour of this store is absolutely appalling.

Have just had installed an electric fireplace insert. Communication excellent after receiving very sound advice from their Hoppers Crossing showroom staff. Electrician and plumber both arrived at the agreed time and both worked efficiently to removed old, clapped-out gas heater (30 years old!) and replace with a safe, modern and gorgeous-looking electric heater. Our fireplace has never looked so good. Both electrician and plumber answered all my questions with expertise and understanding. Highly recommended

Recently purchased the Eureka Victorian fireplace with mantel and am very happy I did. Looks amazing and works brilliantly. Cant go past Victorian Fireplaces they are an excellent company. From the owners Sam and Chris , Ben who is the master on mantels, electricians Scott and Joel, installers Elia and Jason and of course Tracey in accounts they are great people to do business with all very professional and friendly can't go wrong. Will be highly recommending VICTORIAN FIREPLACES to anyone who is thinking of installing a fireplace. Thanks once again for a job well done.

We had nothing but fantastic service, from the initial site visit/measure up and showroom experience (the staff were very helpful), right through to delivery works.We chose the Eureka Victorian in-built wood heater, however we wanted a custom cast iron fascia. The team at Victorian Fireplaces found a way to make it work and we were wrapped. Jacques bent over backwards and put in some massive days, ensuring that we were happy with the job. His attention to detail is amazing, as he ensured every component was installed perfectly and to our satisfaction, from the timber frame right through to the mantle placement. He even went the extra mile by installing the TV Mount, which was great!We love our new timber fireplace setup (Eureka Victorian) and thanks to the team at Victorian Fireplaces, we have been enjoying the lockdown in a warm, cozy home. :)
