Booked both my girls in for a trim. The operator was rough , rushed and cut the worst two hair cut they have ever had. Chunks missing super uneven. Will never ever go back,session learnt by going to a hairdresser you dnt know. Very unhappy and my girls are devostated

I had an appointment on the 03/09/21 and I asked for highlights in my natural dark brown hair. The owner was the only person in the shop as she lost 2 workers in the last 5 months. She had very bad conversation with me. The owners pulled my hair and put bleach in and wrapped it in folios and left it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes she took me over to basin and washed it all out (including my ears!) the water was running all over neck and in my ears. Then she took me over to the chair and was drying my hair and hit me multiple times with the end of the hairdryer. In the end I got dried bleached hair with no toner and my hair is completely orange/red. This is not what I asked for.
