In this day and age with real-time information is available quite disappointed in the inability of Unitrans to make adjustments for pick up in real-time. Instead one need to make sure they can reschedule their whole life for a 40 min drive pick up.

Honestly, the best customer service I've ever received and especially from a courier service. The people on the phone were so helpful and the driver gave me notice when my item would be delivered. The whole process was efficient and just a lovely lot of people!
