I had solar power installed and I have nothing more but awesome words for the great work all round by the whole team!Installers showed up promptly on the day, completed the work & were very informative about the whole process.No hassles from start to finish with any of the team, nothing was ever a problem.Cooper was excellent & was happy to answer any questions that I had and I felt like he was honest and to the point.I’d definitely recommend these guys to anyone who asks!

I feel taken advantage off by this company as I am not local. I was charged over $50 to change a globe that was part of a decent sized job.Their first invoice had an extra charge for a fan. I then asked to see a copy of the supply charge for the globe and the other lights. Instead I was given a call and told they charge what they get from the govt to replace globes. I explained i am not the govt and just because the govt pay an over inflated price does not mean the consumer should have to have that cost as well.Won't be using again.

Had 6.6kW of Jinko solar panels, and a 5kW Huawei inverter system installed in mid Feb. Cooper and his team were professional and friendly. There were some small delays getting started due to supply issues (every company was the same at the start of 2020). The roof looks very tidy, and the inverter installation in the garage looks sleek as well. Three months on and have had no issues at all. Highly recommend Cooper and his team.

I received a large invoice for just a couple of hours of onsite work including being charged to poorly clean 22 solar panels which I have had done in the past in half the time by a handyman. The solar panel washer spent most of his onsite time watching the other guy do work or on his phone. When I questioned the invoice including being invoiced for an apprentice at $100 an hour Cooper Harris was quite defensive and became somewhat hostile insisting he was a qualified tradesman.I questioned why you would have a qualified tradesman cleaning solar panels and standing around watching the other? I insisted I was not prepared to pay $100 an hour for someone standing around and or cleaning solar panels. After email and phone exchange Cooper Harris agreed to reduce the invoice but not to a level that I believe fairly reflected the work actually done onsite. I requested it be reduced to reflect the work actually done and he then (in an email) threatened me with increasing the invoice back to the original amount and then forwarding the invoice to his debt collection agency who he said will take up your time and charge you additional court fee's and they do not charge me a cent.The wording and aggressive tone in the email didn't feel like this was a one off. I have been in business for over 30 years and I know many others who have been in business longer who also have never had to consider using such a service. If you invoice fairly and do a good job people will be happy to pay and you won't need to use a collection agency.If I wasn't onsite and witnessed what I did I most likely would have copped the original invoice so fortunately I was. I have since had works completed by others who were fair with pricing and professional in work.
