Absolutely the best parts store I've come across! Ordered parts and had them delivered next day and today needed a part ASAP and ordered it at 9:00am and had it couriered to my house by 1:00pm for $13... Highly recommend!!! Great prices! Excellent service!

So while I had a bad expereince with Brett, Mike sorted the problem for me.I'm now a happy customer. Thanks Mike25.9.2020 Waste of space - i ordered and paid for a part on 18/9/20 - a week on its still not here. When I called them, level of interest in resolving the problem was spectacularly low.I've been in the auto business for a LONG time. If this was the level of service my company gave, I'd want to sack someone. Maybe they charge too much and are happy to make big bucks on a once off sale.

customers golf blew a radiator tank and after trying to find a parts supplier that actually can supply, i was recommended to speak to Joel at Tooleys who was friendly and helpful from the start. He was able to get us all the parts promp and for alot cheeper then our local part store.

Went in there to get a ignition coil for VW , rang up four times to make sure they have the right part and assured it would be. Got there and it was for the 4 cylinder model not for my 6cylinder. Drove an hour to get there. I gave them my VIN number so I have no idea how they screwed up so badly. Then was told I would only be able to get it through genuine parts , which was another lie. Not very knowledgeable , and they pride themselves on VW parts too. No apologies or anything and the refund takes 3 days as well.
