Wonderful experience each time I attend the gym. Socially, physically and mentally.

Enjoying the experience. The professional assistance from the staff has been much appreciated. They are very helpful and approachable. Joining Club Active has been a very wise decision for me. The friendly and inviting atmosphere and individual consultations have been most helpful. Above all I don't feel intimidated and my health has improved. Should have done this year's ago.

Having left a regular gym a few years ago I realized jogging was not enough to keep me healthy and strong heading into my late fifties. My Facebook search engine popped up an advert for Club Active and after seeing the gym and hearing a brief overview I joined immediately. My workouts are personalized and regular assessments keep me on track. All the staff are friendly and Michael so supportive and patient. The gym is very well equipped and it’s a very comfortable environment working out here with likeminded people of similar age. Highly recommend you join too!

After being out of an exercise routine for a long time, this gym really made me feel welcome. I had a great first day back and love the Fifty 50 group fitness classes and the wellness centre. Will definitely keep coming :)

I joined Club Active four months ago after a friend recommended to me.Michel, Chris and the team are amazing. A special workout programme is designed just for you and it caters for any injuries etc. When I joined I was quite unfit and with an old shoulder injury and never thought I would be able to plank or lift heavy weights. Now I’m feeling more fit than I have in years. Im 57 but feel 35! I am feeling so strong, have loads of energy and feel so much more positive within myself. The classes are all really enjoyable, people are friendly, and there is no intimidation as we are all older. It’s so nice to walk in and have staff call you by name. I love the place so much it has become like a second home. My husband is enjoying it also, and we enjoy chatting about our workouts when he gets home at night. I highly recommend Castle Hill Club Active.

Modern, clean equipment. Staff very friendly and helpful, and always available. Never have to wait for equipment. Great to train with people who are here to train, not to have a fashion parade. Also, great pilates and other group classes available. I can recommend for anyone 50 and over - this is like no other gym (and I have been to plenty!), hence it is a Club" :-)"

Michael and his team are so encouraging and supportive. It makes going to the gym a very enjoyable experience!
