Extremely rude staff member 'Sammy' over the phone.Withdrew booking and did not go ahead due to how deplorable her phone manner and customer service skills were.Short, abrupt and disgruntled. Felt as if it was an 'effort' to ask for a powered site for two people and a dog for one night.

I was lucky enough to get a cancellation for a double cabin for a night as I had to be at Alexandra Headlands for an event on short notice. Cabin and the park were fantastic, clean, comfortable and everything I needed. Staff are exceptional and make you feel extremely welcome. Will be back soon

Alex Beach Cabins and Tourist Park
We had a lovely stay in one of the superior cabins closest to the lake. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and access to a big heated pool! The only thing I was a bit confused about was that there was no hair dryer in the cabin on arrival. But when I asked reception they immediately gave one out! :) Would definitely stay here again!

For older people it was very noisy as parents just left children to scream and yell. No control and nothing offered from office. Needs to be addressed from management. Thought toilet was so small. Glad I am not big, same for shower room, water pressure was great, clean. No where to hang towel to dry. One towel for 4 nights a bit hard as the weather was inclement so drying was hard. Used the 2nd towel on night 3. TV was ridiculously small, really do you provide binoculars.

Stayed in the two bedroom cabin. Was very clean and quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. Was lovely inside despite the wind, but heater and air con was available. Great location. Will return.

We have just stayed here for 5 days on an ensuite site with our caravan and must say its in a great location so close to everything. The beach, restaurants etc are only a 2 minute walk away. The park itself is clean and very well laid out with everything you would want. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. Definitely will visit again in the future.

Found the service to be disgraceful from the Get go.Reception was rude, unhelpful and requesting help with baggage to units, late check out or even booking days ahead was a problem and no help given. Disgraceful really do not recommend staying here no matter gow clean the cabins were. For cabins they are so overpriced for 2 packets of free coffee.Never will I say a good word about the place and that is a pity considering the travelling I do.The place isn't even good walking distance from shops.Yet to see if the laundry facility's are cheap enough to actually wash!!

Very happy with the accommodation and amenities. Staff were amazing and helpful. The icing on the cake was when we discovered after we got home our daughter left her beloved bunny behind. Bryce to the rescue! He located and looked after Snuggle Bunny" and arranged his safe return home. They have now been reunited and I am forever grateful to Bryce for going above and beyond!"
