My wife's emerald ring had a broken claw and her wedding ring ( made of white and yellow gold) had to be repaired as she'd had to have it cut off her finger due to swelling caused by arthritis. To say we were gobsmacked by the quality of the work is an understatement. The emerald ring came back looking like new with four new claws and the wedding ring showed not a trace of repairs. Very high standard of work for less than $400. I will definitely be recommending this jeweller to anyone who asks. We had no problems with explaining what we wanted and his explanations were also clear and we knew exactly what he was going to do. It took a bit longer than originally stated but the quality of the work was outstanding.

Disappointing experience with this jeweller and difficulty with the communication when I was experiencing quality issues with my ring. Ring material appeared to be poor quality causing the ring to bend out of shape on several occasions. Despite attempts at re-shaping and provision of a new band, I continued to have issues. Ended up needing to move to a different dealer as unable to come to a fair and reasonable resolution.
