I order flowers for Christmas, and needed a receipt for tax. After 2 phone calls and 3 emails I still haven't received it. I'm happy to change this review if I ever get a tax invoice. Jen, Woodford Kilcoy Florist.

Very disappointed and upset. Ordered bouquet of flowers in sympathy of a friend who lost there son that morning. Received receipt via email to be delivered the next day . Got a call from them in the morning to say we cannot deliver to that area. This should be stated at time of making order. Still waiting for refund. Apparently taking 5 days. The owner was so rude and so unsympathetic it disgusted me. Don't waste your time or money. Pathetic service.time or money. Pathetic service.

Ive visited this shop on 2 occasions and have been disappointed with their customer service . On both occasions have been ignored even thou the shop was empty of other customers. They have some lovely pots but I didn't buy due to their response.

Very disappointed - ordered a delivery over the phone, spent a fortune on a birthday bouquet with a very specific request of how I wanted it to look and which flowers to use - when it arrived it looked like a bunch of flowers I could have bought at Coles for $20 with none of the requested flowers included. Do not order from these people unless you have seen what you're getting for your money!!!

The florist was closing in 10 minutes and the lady went out of her way to deliver the flowers to my sister on her way home. Great local florist with good service and a big heart ❤️

I went into the store on Wednesday to place an order for a delivery next day - not being a florist, I thought it'd be easier to order in person. I fumbled my way through explaining what I wanted, even returning to the store to clarify my request... & to my utter delight, the most AMAZING floral arrangement was delivered, on time, well exceeding my expectations. Very talented florist, not only for the arrangement but also for deciphering EXACTLY what I had pictured in my mind, despite my poor explanation. When you need bespoke, beautiful flowers, you need to go to Flowers on First.

Best flowers on the Coffs Coast. Beautiful shop, beautiful flowers and great staff and service. I love this shop and visit every time I’m in Sawtell.
