If I could give zero stars I would.Hire at your own cost. If you truly want to save money, you will avoid this man! I have the DBDRV involved, but surprise surprise, he's changed his number. It looks like I will have to take him to VCAT as I doubt he will cough up at DBDRV conciliation, if he even replies at all. His work on my property has been listed as non compliant. 2 reputable and independent landscapers gave his work a lifespan of 6 months maximum, and it didn't even last 2 months before the wall caved! It is disgraceful how he can even sleep at night knowing what he does to people.
