Great busy takeaway Cafe. Excellent burgers and chips. Quick service on a lot of their regular items in the mornings. Very popular with the tradies and also a great stop for the cyclists going round the lake or further afield.

Usually a really big fan of cracker jacks, but this latest order might be my last. The amount of chips gets smaller and smaller for the price. Usually the quality would make up for this, but they were “meh” at most. The fish cocktails provided felt like the remnants at the bottom of the bag (size varied greatly.) “The Cracker” burger was meant to have one schnitzel on it, but was made up of 2 smaller pieces of chicken. So half of the burger didn’t have chicken on it lol? Also the gravy was missing. Would hate to spend $80 on a take away for the quality to be so poor. Hoping this was just a bad day from a usually top quality space.

I paid $12 and waited less than 10 minutes for a burger that went so hard (brekkie burger).Such a good feed and stellar value, good lord.Friendly staff, killer feed.If I had the disposable income, I'd have this every day.

This place was recommended to me but unfortunately the experience was not a good one. I waited 45 minutes for them to cook fish &chips and 4 potato scallops and it was obvious that the priority was given to those who phoned in their orders. The batter on the fish was rock hard and tasted strange. The chips were small cut fries and very soft with no flavour at all. The staff were pleasant, however, only one of the two staff members wore a covid mask while serving and preparing the food. This is my final visit and unfortunately I can't recommend this place. I seriously hope that my experience is a one off and others experience it better.

Hidden treasure in the suburbs of Wagga. Great steak sandwich and hamburgers. Friendly service. Tables to eat at out the front. Recommend!!!!

Cracker Jack Cafe & Take Away
Rip off. Small portions. I've been going to Crackerjacks for 15 years, but I'll never go again. They barely give you 1/3 the chips which $3 used to buy.The only reason to go was larger portions. Now there's nothing separating this place from major chains like KFC. Except those places aren't filthy dumps.
