great food but they truly never check online orders. Everytime I order online I get to the restaurant and they haven't even started making the food regardless of how long ago I placed the order. What's the point of having an app and ability to order online?

I ordered a small burrito and large nachos from this store to be delivered. The nachos didn’t have any salsa and the burrito had no guacamole, lettuce, cheese or tomato salsa and I’m pretty sure the sour cream and pinto beans were missing as well. All of these items were supposed to be included as per the menu.It was extremely disappointing as this has not been my experience at other stores and I don’t think I will be a returning customer.

Food looked questionable, the ingredients were scattered in with each other. I was hoping it would still taste alright but I’ve been turned off Zams. Gonna head over to GYG from now on after being such a loyal customer to Zambreros

I love Zambrero’s Cannon Hill. The burritos are super yummy, fully packed with food (unlike some other stores), reasonably priced and friendly staff. I enjoy going there every Friday night.Thank you!

Tried Zambrero for the first time. Got chicken Nachos and beef tacos. Chicken looked dodge from the start when they opened the pot it looked grey and bland and cold with grease puddles on the top. Same with the beef. Reminded me of canned chicken. I questioned to myself about the establishment and decided to try anyway. Both proteins were cold. Red onion, tomato and corn were old and soggy. Took one bite of each and chucked in the bin. Much better Mexican food not 5 mins from here. First negative google review I’ve ever done. Waste of $20 odd dollars. I will never be back.

Go elsewhere... Just like the other recent reviews from multiple people. This place is terrible now. It used to be great. Most staff are okay, but the manager is an absolute troll. She pretty much yelled in my face for asking if I could have two types of protein on one burrito. Yelling something like We don't have a button on the system to allow two different meats!!" Okay. Just say that then instead of yelling

Usually Zamberos is fantastic. This place however is terrible. Customer service is woeful. Staff too busy talking to each other to offer any. Didn't label the burritos (I had 3 different ones) and when I asked she just said oh I think this is the beef.. etc. No clue. PLACE IS TRASH NOW GO ELSEWHERE

Chicken looks incredibly sus from the get go, but this review is for the girl that served me today. Are you ok?? You couldn't have been more abrupt and off-putting to me and the older lady you served after me. Won't go here again.
