Jackie is always amazing and fast!!The room is always perfectly clean and well presented and warm with a heater available if you need extra heating! Love my experience.

I had a hot stone massage with Meg today. Meg was really lovely and professional and a natural at massage. Highly recommend seeing Meg for a relaxation treatment, can’t wait to come back!

Today was my first skin consult with Renee who is so obviously passionate and talented with everything to do with skin. She made me feel so relaxed and I learnt so much just from one appointment! It was a great bonus to have proper skin photos taken too! I’m really excited to start my skin journey and see the great results I’m sure will come! Already booked in multiple appointments because I know just by how trustworthy and knowledgeable Renee is, that I’m at the right retreat! Receptionist was so kind and friendly too and made the booking process so easy! I’m so happy already and very excited!

O U T S T A N D I N G in their fields.I was ensconced in the Good Room (the one with the dimmed lighting and the fireplace and the sensory journey) and soothed and smoothed into a restored version of myself. Thank you to Meg - she is highly skilled and beyond her years in wellness etiquette and therapeutic delivery of services. Thanks to my family, also, for the Christmas present that I’m finally able to enjoy.And I REALLY enjoyed it. P U R E bliss.[Facial & massage]
