I had given Michael the job of a full leg sleeve, had to wait a couple months before my first appointment which was fair considering all that happened with covid. Between my first appointment and now I was cancelled on 4 times. Has not contacted me with a next available appointment after the last cancellation. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

I had made an appointment for a tattoo and even deposited $50 for that no one mentioned before that it's non-refundable if I missed my appointment. I have called them several times and even sent messages on insta and fb, but they never replied to me.

A friend and I got a couple tattoos from this place. we got our tattoos done by an apprentice, however the tattoos we got done looked good .. they were small tattoos so it didn’t bother us. however, after our appointment we were told to give them a ring to make a booking to “retouch” if any of our tattoos faded over time, which they did. My friend and I made numerous calls, emails, facebook messages etc to NOT get any response back and to top it off they had “SEEN” my friends facebook message and decided not to reply.Won’t be going back there. Don’t waste your time.

Michael and the team are extremely professional and their work is amazing. The shop is impeccably clean. Would very highly recommend.

I recommend Dylan, his tattoos were fantastic, my sister and her partner are inlove with them... But I definitely don't recommend this tattoo studio!!Had an appointment a few weeks ago for 3 of us to get tattoos at 5pm. When we arrived the audio was closed, not answering calls or inboxes. After waiting around 25mins we left, after getting home (5min drive max) I got a message saying to come back so we did... only to find the place closed stillSo an hour after our appointment we finally get inside only for me to be told I couldn't get my tattoo (I do appriciate the fact Dylan didnt do something he wasnt comfortable with) but still 3 bookings at 5pm only to be made to wait an hour and not get them all done!I followed up a few days later about rebooking which was rescheduled to be told Dylan would do it (which he already said he couldn't) then no response after realizing that.
